Terms of use for apps

General terms (all apps)
- Scope. These terms govern the use of TEQNYA apps. App-specific sections below apply in addition.
- Licence. We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended private or business purpose.
- Your duties. Use the apps lawfully, protect your credentials, and refrain from abuse, reverse engineering (except where the law permits) and interference with security.
- Availability. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and changes are possible.
- Liability. Unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under product liability law. For slight negligence only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. lawyer review
- Privacy. See each app’s privacy notice, Privacy policy.
- Changes. We may change these terms with reasonable notice; consumer consent is obtained where legally required.
- Law and venue. German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. Venue for merchants is Wetzlar.
Mihsab
- Mihsab runs locally on your device. Your data is not sent to us; you are responsible for your own backups (data may be lost if the device is lost or the app is uninstalled).
- Zakat results are a calculation aid based on your inputs and the chosen method. They are not religious, tax or financial advice. name the calculation method
Axeptum
- Axeptum lets you connect payment methods via Open Banking (PSD2) and collect receipts from participating merchants. Account access is provided through a licensed account information service provider, add name and only with your explicit consent, which you can revoke at any time.
- Receipts exist only for participating merchants. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the content or accuracy of merchant receipts.
- You decide who you share receipts with (e.g. tax office, tax advisor, merchant) and to what extent. Axeptum does not guarantee that authorities or merchants will accept receipts.
- Merchants: separate merchant terms apply to follow.
Mivany (at launch)
- Mivany is a marketplace platform; transport contracts are formed between customer and driver/carrier, not TEQNYA, unless stated otherwise. clarify roles
- Drivers must hold all required permits and insurance and comply with legal requirements (e.g. road haulage, trade licence, load securing).
- Prohibited goods (dangerous goods, illegal items, etc.) may not be transported.
- Payment, commission, liability for transport damage, cancellation, ratings: define with a lawyer
- Consumer withdrawal rights and consumer/business status (B2B, B2C, C2C) must be regulated separately.
